About Ann

A few words from Ann...

Sea Change™ is the place I have sought out for myself, and been unable to find, at times when I have simply wanted to take time out for me and take stock. I could find ‘retreats’, ‘workshops’, ‘courses’, ‘programmes’; some were tempting, yet none of them quite hit the spot. So, I decided to offer just what I wanted for me.

No market research and no agonising about what women might ‘buy’ – simply a hunch informed by hundreds of conversations with women as friends and colleagues, and those who have come to me through my years of work as a coach.

I am deliberately a Woman in Progress, and I have put the things that matter to me at the heart of Sea Change ™: beautiful open spaces; fresh air; good food; conversations; silence; challenge; and comfortable, relaxed conditions that help us think well and encourage us to make our own choices.

I have been coaching for over 15 years and have worked with over 400 individuals. I have a private coaching, personal development and supervision practice, and also work through the world-class Henley Business School, where I am an Executive Fellow and Visiting Faculty member in the School of Leadership, Organisation and Behaviour.

Qualifications are not everything, though they can offer some assurance when you're placing your trust in someone - so here are mine:

  • Professional  Certificate in Coaching

  • Professional Certificate in Coaching Supervision

  • Time to Think Foundation training with Nancy Kline

  • Trained in Systemic Constellations
